How It All Started
October 2019, 22 Years Old
College Dropout to Account Executive
During my senior year of college with 6 credits and 2 classes left, I made the decision to drop out of school and get a job as an Account Executive at a Fortune 500 company. For 12-16 hours per day, I'd be on the phone selling business loans and financing to small to large businesses across America. This was one of the darkest periods in my life. When I started out, I was horrible at my job, and I was middle to bottom of the pack for the first 2 months I was there.I barely had any money to afford gas to go to work, I was barely keeping my job, and I had no other option to figure it out.
June 2021, 24 Years Old
The Decision That Changed My Life Forever
Over those years, I became razor sharp and lethally effective at selling, especially over the telephone. I didn't do much over those years besides work out, and obsess over how I could become the best salesperson I could. And even though I was great, I still worked 10-14 hours per day.I finished my college degree in 2023 after I had made my first $100,000 in sales commissions 8 months into my job.After almost 2 years, I had closed $39.7 Million dollars in revenue, and had done 890 deals by the end of my career there, all from cold calling outbound over the phone.Though I was incredible at what I did, I realized that I was capped out, and couldn't make the money that I wanted, as well as have the freedom that I truly wanted for my entire life.I was on Twitter as a lurker for years during this time, and watched other young people my age build $20,000-$100,000 per month businesses in front of my eyes, while I was still working as an Account Executive.I remember talking to and seeing other people my age crush it in business, and I felt like I could do it better than they were.I knew that I was meant for more, and it was time to take the leap to building something for myself.While on my lunch break at work, I reached out to a few people I knew from my modeling days in the fashion industry, and pitched them on doing Email Marketing for their ecommerce brands, and I got my first client for $1,000 less than 24 hours after I had the idea to go into business.

The Call To Entrepreneurship
While still working my job, I realized that I could make more if i put in more effort into the new business that I was building. 2 weeks after my 24th birthday, I quit, took a flight to Europe, and never looked back.I remember saying "What would my life look like if I could do whatever I wanted to do, every single day?"I lived overseas for the summer and my entire outlook on life changed drastically. I saw how big the world was and levels of wealth that I had never seen before. My eyes were finally open, and it was time for me to go all in.I started Arcian, my marketing & consulting agency, and never looked back. I started working with high ticket ecommerce and luxury brands in the furniture niche and was able to get them great results with my marketing knowledge and sales skills.

9 Months Into Entrepreneurship
My marketing agency was in full swing, and I had started a company which was the first version of Skill Stacks, called Cashflow Syndicate.I started teaching others my sales & marketing process that I was using to get clients for the agency, and it became a hit. 1 Year in, I had over 500 active students inside and I had made my agency clients millions of dollars, and my income was 5x what it was back at my sales job.I had made the right decision. Instead of just serving a few already rich clients and making them millions, I shifted my full focus into educating others and teaching the skills that took me from depressed and broke to a full fledged entrepreneur so fast.

16 Months Into Entrepreneurship
My businesses had collectively crossed $1,000,000 in net profit since I quit my job, and I had officially made my first million at the age of 25 after 16 months as an entrepreneur.My thesis all of those years ago that I could make more for myself than if I was working for someone else was right.Cashflow Syndicate (now Skill Stacks) grew to serve over 8,000 customers by this time and created numerous 6 & now 7 figure Agency Owners.Cashflow Syndicate during 2021 and 2023 was the second largest subscription community and education company in the world teaching sales, copywriting, marketing, and how to start a marketing & consulting business.

Growth, Evolution, and Impact
At 26, I decided to reopen my agency, Arcian, into a consulting firm focused on working with education companies that could benefit from my experience from building my businesses. We also expanded the team to do marketing & advertising for service-based businesses.I also launched Synthesys, my all in one software solution designed to help agency owners and service-based businesses streamline their operations.

At 27, I rebranded the education side of the business to Skill Stacks, so that we could offer more educational programs, courses, coaching, and solutions to our massively growing customer base. Since I continued learning myself, I could offer new programs and teach advanced information that I learned after growing as an entrepreneur.merged Arcian’s marketing & advertising arm with CrossTempo, forming a strategic partnership to maximize our impact and scale. I became the Managing Director of CrossTempo and handle our top of funnel sales, marketing & client acquisition systems.

In November of 2024, I founded Aeon Financial Group, a Fintech company to provide market-leading consumer lending solutions for Merchants in the E-Learning & Online Education industry.I realized that I could take my experience as an Account Executive in the lending space and transition my skills into the Fintech and Financial Services space.Today, I split my time between running Skill Stacks, Aeon, and CrossTempo, where our teams are collectively responsible for generating tens of millions of dollars in value per month for our clients.
